Mulford Plastics have appointed Lydia Swan to the position of Marketing Manager. She will be based at their Sydney headquarters.
"I am delighted to announce the appointment of Lydia Swan to the newly created position of Marketing Manager for the Mulford Plastics Australia and New Zealand group
As our group has continued to grow and we continue to make new acquisitions we have identified improvements in the way we introduce new products. We need to have better and more effective ways to market via both new and existing products.
The role will report to the Managing Director Mulford Holdings and will have responsibility for all marketing, product development and the creation of a consistent and professional image for the group including MPA/MPNZ and LMEP
Lydia comes to us from GE Plastics where she has held numerous roles including responsibilities in account management and application development for both sheet and the resins business. The last three years her role has been focused around industry segment management and development for the transportation market where she has to challenge customers daily on the "perception" of thermoplastics verses traditional materials such as Fibreglass, Metal and Aluminium and had the
opportunity to grow, develop and create change in a tough market and environment which has lead to great benefits for the Plastics Industry.
