Sawgrass Technologies, Inc., has announced the acquisition of all of the assets of Innowave Solutions, LLC, a Charleston-based provider of turnkey digital printing systems.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Innowave team will become full time employees of Sawgrass Technologies, and will continue to serve the large-format customer segment that they have targeted while working under the Innowave Solutions name. As part of the Sawgrass Technologies organization, the team will focus their attentions on providing customers with the same high quality service and support they’ve come to expect from both companies.

Moving over to represent Sawgrass Technologies directly will enable us to provide greater resources in serving our customers.”
