MCTdigital and Blackman & White Ltd., leading print finishing solutions companies have announced that the VersaTech2 "All in One" cutter developed through their international partnership, has won the 2016 SGIA Product of the Year Award for Finishing-Routers/Cutters.
According to Nikolai Mikkelsen, MCT's President and CTO, "We are extremely pleased that the SGIA Review Committee was able to see the distinct improvements for digital finishing and workflow presented by our new VersaTech2 "All in One" product line. 
"The VersaTech2 is the only product line in the world that can be utilised with full conveyor automation including motorised roll unwinding or automatic board loading for all tools, whether laser, router, or tangential knives."

The versatile VersaTech to boasts a strengthened beam and improved rack and pinion drive system allowing it to move at an impressive acceleration of 1.25g and speeds of 78 inches/second.
The VersaTech product line is a joint development between MCT and Blackman & White. VersaTech2 is manufactured in the United States at MCT's factory based in Milwaukee, WI and in the U.K. at Blackman & White's factory in Heybridge, Maldon, Essex outside London. Engineering and Software is jointly developed allowing a single solution to be sold and supported worldwide with both companies available to provide support.
