This educational conference will take place at the Crowne Plaza hotel, Geneva, in conjunction with the FESPA Digital Printing Europe exhibition, which opens on the second day of the conference.
Digital printing onto textiles is now a very important market. Technology and applications in this area are growing at an incredible pace.
This conference will focus on the commercial opportunities available in the field. The keynote speaker will be Gerrit Koele, of the Dutch technical-fabric producer Royal Ten Cate, which is heading a consortium of 16 companies and organisations in the 13 million Digitex research project, with funding from the European Union.
Delegates can learn from the vast knowledge and experience of 20 different speakers over the course of the two days. Printers already experiencing success in textile printing will give accounts of their own case studies, whilst industry experts will discuss trends for the future, new technology, inks, pre-treatment and finishing.
