Roland DG Australia, has announced the winner of its ‘With Roland’ Competition, that ran in conjunction with the Mobile Imagination Centre (MIC) events across Australia during 2017.
The ‘With Roland’ Competition encouraged customers to submit images of inspiring work they have created with a Roland device. The most inspiring and creative entry at each MIC location received an iDecora Desktop Vinyl Cutter and went into the draw for the grand prize; a trip for two people to a luxury villa on Bedarra Island, QLD, valued at approx. $5,000.
After receiving numerous entries throughout the year, Roland DG were pleased to announce that the winning entry was a speed boat wrap, printed on a VS-540 Printer Cutter by Lachlan Mason of LJMDesign. Lachlan and Karla Mason were extremely excited to find out that their entry had won: "We are honoured to have been awarded this prize and we are super excited to be visiting Bedarra Island! The MIC provided us with all the necessary information we needed to make the best choice towards our new Roland VG-640."
A Roland representative said that they had congratulated Lachlan, for his entry, stating that it was a great example of a unique application that could be created with a Roland device.
The Mobile Imagination Centre will continue to make its way around Australia next year.
