3A Composites GmbH will be using Sign Africa and FESPA Africa Expo, taking place in Johannesburg from 13-15 September to launch some new products.
Products on show will include:
HIPEX
These are extruded APET and PETG thermoplastic polyester sheets. The sheets are characterised by high impact strength, high transparency, good printability with UV curing inks as well as an easy and fast processability.
Moreover, HIPEX sheets are flame retardant: rated ‘difficult-to-ignite’, and are therefore ideally suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications. For outdoor applications, the company recommends the variants with UV protection.
DISPA
The paper board has a unique structure of embossed formed paper that gives it exceptional strength and rigidity, and is fully recyclable.

IMPEX-HC
UV-protected polycarbonate sheets with a one- or both sided abrasion resistant coating, which makes them especially suitable for flat indoor and outdoor applications.

IMPEX UV-protected polycarbonate sheets. Thanks to this special hard coating, the sheets are less sensitive against scratches and have a high resistance to many chemicals and solvents. IMPEX–HC sheets have an excellent impact strength and are virtually unbreakable in normal use.
