Xaar, a world-leader in industrial inkjet printing, will demonstrate its new high-resolution Xaar 5601 Integrator printheads at InPrint Milan 2018 (20-22 November).
Eight years in development, the Xaar 5601 (pictured, above) is generating significant interest with its exceptionally high-resolution print at high speed, with more than 5600 nozzles capable of jetting up to eight litres of fluid per hour.
“We would like to welcome visitors to our stand at InPrint 2018, where they can see and learn more about our printhead portfolio and technology as well hear our latest integration announcement for the Xaar 5601,” says Mike Utley, director of marketing and product strategy at Xaar. “This, combined with the insights presented during the conference sessions, will highlight how visitors can get ahead with Xaar’s industrial inkjet technology and achieve more.”
Xaar says a growing number of press manufacturers are developing their print solutions based on the 5601, and it will show how companies can use its printheads to get to market faster, develop inkjet solutions cost-effectively, and better meet their customers’ needs.
Visitors to Xaar’s stand will be able to inspect a range of stunning samples printed by the Xaar 5601, demonstrating why it is the ideal printhead for a range of applications including packaging, textiles, décor and commercial print. They will also be able to view a wide range of Xaar printheads, highlighting key sectors: Industrial Print, Packaging, Advanced Manufacturing and 3D Printing.
The results of another recent innovation – Xaar’s High Laydown (HL) Technology – will also be on display. HL Technology enables the printing of a range of textured effects on labels, folding cartons and other products.
Several Xaar partners will be showcasing their products and technology. One of these, Meteor Inkjet, is launching its new DropWatcher family of products, designed to evaluate and optimize printhead and ink combinations.
