Kodak Graphic Communications Group has announced the appointment of Frontline Technologies NZ as their key distributor for Kodak’s range of pre-press equipment and workflow products for New Zealand effective April 1 2008.
Ross Gilberthorpe, marketing and channel manager for Kodak Graphic Communications Group ANZ comments that “this is a significant appointment and one that we are very excited to announce. “Frontline Technologies is a leading supplier to the Printing and Graphic Arts market in New Zealand, with their recent acquisition by Aarque Graphics, we are very confident of their abilities to successfully promote and service Kodak’s range of pre-press products.”

Frontline Technologies will take on the full portfolio of Kodak’s award winning pre-press product range, providing first-level sales and service throughout New Zealand. Sales and service staff from Kodak have moved to Frontline Technologies where they will continue to offer the highest levels of service to Kodak’s customers in New Zealand.
At a local level, Steven Mackenzie will continue to work for Kodak in New Zealand as Kodak’s dealer liaison and technical plate specialist, providing assistance to all Kodak dealers and customers. Gilberthorpe states, “There will be very little change to the current procedure for booking service calls for our current and future customers; our customers will still call the Kodak toll free number and have access to the worldwide net of technicians 24-hours a day for remote service”.
