It’s business as usual for newly-acquired Spicers, which is promising a “smorgasbord of innovative and environmentally-conscious media solutions” at next month’s PrintEx that the company says will close the loop by offering a single source of supply for products, expertise and sustainable solutions.

“We’re looking forward to the opportunity to show PrintEx visitors just what a huge and diverse range of solutions we can provide,” says Wayne Hood, Sign & Display Portfolio Manager for Spicers, which has been a leading supplier to the industry for many years, with a range of media for commercial and digital print, label and packaging, sign and display, and architectural and window films.
“While we can’t have everything on the stand – our product range is simply too large to do that – we will have a huge variety of products on show for a broad range of market segments, from POS and POP displays, to hardware, label and packaging solutions, on-trend options for commercial and digital print, and even architectural and window films.”
PrintEx will also give visitors the opportunity to draw on the expertise of Spicers’ team of industry specialists, who will be on hand to provide information and advice on everything from specific product characteristics and performance to new innovations and industry trends.
“One trend which is becoming more significant every day, of course, is towards materials which are demonstrably more environmentally friendly,” Hood says.
“Spicers responded early to this imperative, gaining FSC and PEFC certification and implementing a Sustainable Supply Chain Policy. We are also proud to offer a very wide choice of eco-friendly materials to ensure our customers can respond to market demand with sustainable and responsible choices."
Spicers delivers across Australia from Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, to Townsville, Darwin, Perth, Adelaide and Hobart.
“Wherever our customers are, they know they can rely on Spicers as their local supplier, with stock on the floor and a reliable distribution network to get them what they need, when they need it,” Hood says. “With Spicers’ print, sign, display, packaging and label offerings, businesses really can close the loop with a single supply source that offers so much more than just a product.”
Spicers will be on Stand K28 at PrintEx19, which is co-locating with Visual Impact and the Label & Packaging Expo at the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, from 13-16 August.
