Roland DG Australia announced the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane dates for its new training course Profit Through Personalisation, that’s aimed at companies looking to incorporate a personalisation solution into their business. More dates and locations will be announced throughout the year.

“Profit Through Personalisation taps into the growing demand by customers for unique, custom and quality items that they can connect with on some level,” says a media release. “The course presents an overview of personalisation and different technologies that can be used to help a business diversify their offering to increase customer loyalty and grow profits. There is huge potential for print and graphics providers to incorporate instant personalisation into their business, and stand out from the competition.”

The course is primarily hands-on, features demonstrations and practical group activities for each technology, and includes the creation of personalised samples using Roland DG equipment and materials.

Direct-to-Garment printing and Heat Transfer
Dye sublimation
Impact Printing and Marking
Laser Foil Decoration

The company last week released its new cotodesign on-demand customisation software in Australia. The design and print management software package allows customers to personalise apparel and gift items in-store using photos or artwork from their smartphone or other devices.

Roland DG Corporation manufacturers inkjet printers, printer cutters and cutting machines used to create a range of promotional items including banners, signs, vehicle graphics, stickers and labels, and to provide customisation services for apparel and personal items.
