Alfex Laser’s popular Open House shows are back for 2021 and will feature Kern’s entry-level large format model, the EcoFlex Laser System. Available in two working table sizes, the EcoFlex specialises in thicker materials, making it ideal for laser cutting and engraving wood, acrylic & plastics.
“2021 makes for a particularly exciting year for Alfex as our Open House events [in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane] will also be serving as the official launch and Australian debut of the new Epilog Fusion Edge Series Laser, which is transforming laser engravers and cutters as you’ve known them,” the company said.
“In addition, we are proud to also be debuting the new Kern EcoFlex Laser. The EcoFlex is our entry level, high-volume and industrial large-format laser at a price point never before seen with USA-built quality. A wrap around gantry traverses over the cutting bed allowing for finished parts to be easily removed at all sides of the machine. The moving gantry features high speed servo motors and a flying optics beam delivery providing consistent beam power and quality over the entire work area.
“The Kern EcoFlex Laser Machine is well known to people in the industry as an incredibly high-end and highly-productive, entry-level model that is very affordable for this type of laser cutting machine."
Available in two working table sizes, the EcoFlex is a non-metal cutting machine that specialises in thicker materials when compared to other brand names. “Ideal for laser cutting and engraving wood, acrylic & plastics just to name a few,” says Alfex.
Laser experts will also be demonstrating the Epilog Fusion Pro Series, Vision Engraving & Routing Systems and the high-performance range of Lotus Laser Systems. Live Laser Demonstrations are available on the following models:
