Fiery has launched a new agentic AI system , called Fiery Scribe, which has been designed to tackle human error and the monotony of the email job intake process, Fiery Scribe can automatically read email job requests and convert them into ready-to-print jobs.

Fiery CEO Toby Weiss, says: “Print providers don’t need more dashboards: they need to push work out of the door faster. With Fiery Scribe’s agentic AI capabilities, they can enjoy email job submissions automatically uploaded in Fiery Command WorkStation with files and job settings ready to go, so teams spend less time on manual, error-prone administration and more time on revenue-generating work,”
Weiss adds: “For print providers unsure of how to adopt AI into their operations, Fiery Scribe is the perfect place to start.”
The Fiery Scribe system can continuously analyse the job submissions email inbox to find jobs and determine print specifications, then it can automatically upload jobs into Fiery Command WorkStation. It then uses large language model training to extract key information like quantity, media and finishing once a job is detected. The system then applies the correct job properties and learns from past jobs so it can improve accuracy.
The launch of Fiery Scribe follows quickly in the wake of the launch of Fiery XF 9, a RIP, colour management, and workflow software system, that also combines with AI, to generate realistic bleeds for professional, gallery-style
John Henze, Fiery vice president of sales and marketing, says: “This software allows printers to tackle the consistent, top‑tier output demands of large-format.”
Fiery Scribe is currently available in English (other languages to be introduced later this year) for purchase via the Fiery Shop and authorised Fiery dealers.
