Some of the wrap industries leading installers are looking at expressions of interest for a wrap School for beginners to advanced applicators.
The concept is to have Brand specific, and also non-specific training sessions, covering a totally hands on approach.
At this stage, all materials – 3M, Avery, Oracal and Hexis will be used in the training courses. Each material has their own application theory, and this will be covered in the courses.
We are also canvassing the idea of holding training days for staff on individual sign shop premises. This may be a refresher course, or it may be a full training session.
The courses will be available on set dates in all states of Australia and both Islands of New Zealand.
Expressions of interest are being sought from the industry as a whole. Classes will be small, and we’d envisage having a session for the manufacturers to be available to discuss new products and trends, if they wish to participate.
Essentially, the training courses will be targeted to the new colour change films, including chrome, metallic and matte, but will cover fitting of digitally printed films too.
We will not be associated with any one brand; however we have a good working relationship with most of the suppliers for the brands being featured.
We envisage our team will also be available for trade shows and demo days for whichever brand hires us on the day.
