The FESPA Awards 2015 is now closed for entries and FESPA is inviting the print public to vote for their favourite to win the People’s Choice of the Year and Hall of Fame Awards.
All shortlisted entries are now live on the FESPA Awards website for the print community to vote until the 19 May 2015.
The public can choose their favourite entry across the 17 categories which include: in-store, interior decoration, garment decoration, fine art, outdoor and vehicle decoration, functional print, integrated print and special effects.
The print community will also have the chance to vote for the Hall of Fame Award which celebrates the printers behind the work, and offers the chance to vote for the best printer for 2015.
This is the second year the FESPA Awards programme has been open to any print service provider, anywhere in the world, and FESPA is delighted by the volume and high quality of entries.
The People's Choice and Hall of Fame Awards, as well as the winners from all award categories, will be announced at a prize-giving ceremony at the FESPA Awards Gala Dinner taking place at Flora Köln in Cologne on Tuesday 19 May 2015, the second evening of FESPA 2015 Global Expo.
Along with VIP guests and FESPA associations from around the world, shortlisted entrants and the whole FESPA community are invited to attend the gala event, which promises an unforgettable night celebrating the very best printers in the world.
The ticket price of €100 includes exclusive access to the Flora Köln Botanical Gardens, for a cocktail reception, three-course dinner including drinks, entertainment and party with live music.
The Gala Dinner also provides printers with the opportunity to meet with peers from around the world, including shortlisted awards entrants.
Duncan MacOwan, Head of Events and New Media at FESPA, comments: "Inviting printers to vote for the People's Choice Award and Hall of Fame brings our community together to talk about creativity and excellence, and encourages printers to share best practice with their peers.
“There are so many talented printers out there and recognising this through our Awards is a great example of FESPA's Profit for Purpose philosophy, giving meaningful support to the global wide format print industry by showcasing the power of print."
