Know My Name wins outdoor award for Cactus/oOh!

Cactus Imaging and oOh!media’s ‘Know My Name’ campaign for The National Gallery - aimed at increasing the representation of women artists - was awarded Best Use of Multi-Format by the Outdoor Media Association (OMA) in its Q2 2020 Creative Collection competition. The Grand Prix and Best Use of Digital award went to JCDecaux Content and Broadsheet Media.

ASGA appoints new Marketing Manager

Heidelberg sells Gallus to Swiss asset manager benpac

Heidelberg has exited narrow web by agreeing to sell its Gallus division to Swiss asset management group benpac Holdings. It was only in 2014 that Heidelberg acquired control of Gallus in a deal that made Ferd Ruesch AG Heidelberg's largest shareholder at 9%. Heidelberg will continue to support the inkjet engine which is part of the Gallus Labelfire 340 press.

TRMC slams banks over SME loan guarantee interest rates

drupa trims 2021 show runtime after exit of some major exhibitors

Organisers of global print expo drupa have trimmed the length of the trade fair from eleven to nine days, from April 20-28, 2021. The moves follows the withdrawal of big name exhibitors including Heidelberg, Xerox, Bobst, Manroland, Komori and Chili Publish. “Despite some corona-related cancellations, the current booking status remains at a high level,” drupa said.
